Prove your Statements or Quit Your Post YB Senator Dato Murugiah.

YB Senator Dato Murugiah, you must stop fooling the public far too long with your rhetoric and you have abused your position as a Deputy
Minister in the Prime Ministers Department to conduct unauthorized activites to cling to your self proclaimed position as PPP President.
We the legitimate Pemuda PPP also legally elected in Dec 2008 collectively reject you as a second rate leader. You have been all
talk but now you are suddenly silent when confronted by our Wanita movement.  There is an old saying “You can fool some of the people
some of the time but you cant fool all the people all the time.”  Own up to your wrongdoings. You are supposed to be an example but your
leadership is flawed with inconsistencies and contradictions from the first day you assumed the position as Deputy Minister. What happened
to your proof of having 2100 PPP Branch leaders at the NUPW on 10th January 2010? You claimed it yourself. Show the proof, why keep quiet
like a mouse (musang), accept the challenge.

Your official Biodata in  JPM Website last updated 21/07/2008 shows you have a Masters of Business Administration in Management from
Paramount University of Technology. Where is this University located YB? A search on Google  for Paramount University of Technology

HQ as of 2008 is void of any higher tertiary education being stated. How did you get your “Masters”?   Paramount University of Technology
in Google shows  ” Nobody charges 2k registration fee…. “people will find out it is a scam within first week of study, some politicians get
their qualifications that way. It’s the same site of the infamous South Pacific University  … a big seller of degrees..”


Your Claim of Helping 17,000 People
Recently you claimed that more than 17,000 people directly benefitted from your efforts in promoting Business and Agro loans funds
throughout the country. It is the same avenue you used to trick PPP Members into believing your false promises and make other wild claims.
For publicity you also claimed more than 4000 Indians and attendees directly benefited from your efforts with approvals. Why do you
persist in making the BN a scapegoat for your misleading numbers game.You might have attracted  more than 17,000 people to your talks filled
with shallow promises and more than 4000 of them could have been Indians, but the numbers that actually managed to submit for the
projects you presented is small fraction and I do not need to speak about the tiny success rate if any via your efforts. Prove what we
said is wrong, publish the figures, show the Community the 4000 Indians who got approvals and indeed benefited from your personal
efforts. Don’t take credit for the efforts of all the hardworking NGO’s out there and don’t take credit from other government agencies
who worked hard to promote the same projects by themselves by plucking the figures in total. That’s their success rate not yours to claim.
Publish your figures State by State and show the people you are a man of substance, we now challenge you to prove the success rate of your
claim from every venue you went to promote these noble government funded projects. How many attended, how many applied and how many
succeeded. Can we really believe you, YB?


Barisan Supporters Club
Your continuous efforts to destroy the PPP to gain power demoralizes all of us who are working for the success of the BN government. You
continuously break the very law you are supposed to uphold as a government minister. You challenge your own govt ministries for your
benefit and you teach  the rakyat not to accept decisions of govt Agencies  established by Acts of Parliament. You continuously twist
and turn, drop names of Ministers for your own selfish ends. You should be in the Opposition not in the government. Records will state
that your Barisan Supporters Club is not a registered entity with the ROS in Peninsula Malaysia. How can you then apply for police permits
for a non registered entity to hold public meetings? You tell us as we find no records of registration.
As a Minister you were sure the ROS will back you up 99.99% and you stated that you would respect the decision too. You dropped the Home
Ministers name, the Deputy Prime Ministers name and even the Prime Ministers name as your supporters. What happened YB, The ROS has ruled
against you and we have been briefed otherwise for all your other claims. YB Senator Dato T Murugiah we will never accept you back as a
credible leader.


Arbitration Attempts
You have now found another shortcut to your way of power grabbing by getting an Arbitrator to work for you. Is there no end to your claims
when they keep failing one by one. You threatened to sue the ROS with a loud voice, You made a very loud statement on getting leave from the
Courts to file a suit against the ROS. You proudly proclaimed that you have filed your suit against the ROS all through the legal process but
you are confusing the public YB Senator Dato T Murugiah with your contradictions just as fast. On Dec 29th 2009, you quietly filed a
notice of discontinuance in the court and your case was thrown out. Why no press release and media blitz on this news YB.?
Why so quiet when you did this.

Is it because you think an Arbitrator can now illegally get you the position?  Even then why did you not go to a UN and govt recognized
body like the KLRCA, No 12 Jalan Conlay, Kuala Lumpur. Had you sought the advise of the legitimate body, you would have been told that you
CANNOT arbitrate your way into position with PPP!! This is not allowed and cannot be enforced in law! Arbitration requires all parties to
agree to submit to its proceedings in writing not the way you do it YB. Pancayat is what it is called in the Indian culture. You should
know there is NO  PROVISION IN THE PPP CONSTITUTION AND THE SOCIETIES ACT FOR ARBITRATION. Now you are filing another suit in the
High Court to compel the ROS to recognize your Arbitrators decision appointing you President. These are the levels of desperation will you take.
Why do you think the ROS is represented by the AG’s Chambers in THIS SUIT against you. You invoke controversy after controversy YB as you

continue to ridicule the very masters you serve, the Barisan Government of Malaysia. STOP THIS ACTS OF DEFIANCE NOW , BOW OUT WITH
DIGNITY, SHOW THE BARISAN GOVERNMENT AND THE MALAYSIAN PUBLIC THAT YOU HAVE RESPECT FOR IT. Respect the ROS decision that you asked all to respect.

ROS Proclamation Letter 19th January 2010
The ROS by virtue of its latest letter dated 19th January 2010 has decided after all its investigations that  you are a pretender to the
PPP Presidency. Respect the law . Please Step Down with dignity. Article 6.10 of the PPP Constitution on membership States When an
Individual ceases to be a Member of the Party such member shall automatically cease to be an officer of the party or a member of the
Supreme Council eventhough he was so elected . He shall also cease to be a representative of the Party on any legislative or other
Governmental and Public Body nominated.  Which part of this written Constitution you do not understand YB. Resign YB don’t make our
dynamic BN government your scapegoat.

Astro Avani News
Last night at 11.30pm January 23 2009, you appeared in Astro Avani news and claimed that you are 99.99 % confident the courts will rule
in your favor to win your latest case filed. 99.99% sure – What is it you know YB Murugiah as part of the Executive that we as ordinary
people don’t know. We only know your claims are subjudice but you are 99.99% sure the Judiciary will decide in your favor.  You will never
be accepted by all legitimate PPP members. We have already said it, this dispute has nothing to do with you and Datuk M Kayveas our
legally elected  President, we don’t want you as our leader for trying to deregister our party. It’s that simple.

Declaring PPP ILLEGAL
You have confused the public YB,  why is it you first tried you level best to de-register PPP and declare it illegal, only  to now turn around to
fool everyone that you are the PPP Champion. All this within 12 months. Is it because you thought of joining another political party as a hero and
champion of the people? Lets see first it was a  East Malaysian Party, then the MIC and later as Deputy President of a
peninsula based multiracial party but then, they all rejected you one by one so is that why  you claim back the PPP?.  Tell us, is that
Consistency or Contradictory for a leader. Which part of NO you do not understand. As with the other parties, we also don’t want YOU at all.
If you have any dignity,  show it now, accept the PPP challenges and prove us all wrong.  Accept theWanita challenge. Verify your figures
first, do not mislead the public and the Indians in the country. Your own actions have exposed you.
