Payments made for ads that is reviewed and rejected by the reconshield network are non-refundable.
The Website team reserves in its absolute discretion the right to decline any ad submitted and effect a refund of the ad fee paid at the time of submission (less processing charges of 10%).
(“Advertiser”) hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the PPP Malaysia and its web team, officers and designer for any and all actual or alleged liability, claims and actions arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by Advertiser, as a result of the placement or applying for the placement of an Ad.
